Moultrie District

Shepherdess Alfreda Leggett is a nurturer, caregiver, entrepreneur, teacher, woman of God. A native of Atlanta, Georgia & the youngest of 12 children born to the late Mother Louise Humphries & Mr. Clarence Sanders. While residing in Atlanta, Ga. she was educated in the Fulton County School System and attended Carey Park Church of God in Christ under the leadership of the late Prophet Robert L. & Mother Dorothy Humphries where she received her Missionary License.

On February 4, 1984, she married Bishop J. Wayne Leggett & served faithfully beside him until the Lord called him from labor to reward. She is the mother of 3 beautiful daughters Ashley Cochran, Jessica & Courtney Leggett. The Mother-inlaw to Jamiko Cochran and the Mee-Maw to one grandson, Bryson Wayne Cochran. She owned & operated Leggett's Little Lamb Daycare for over 20 years where she nurtured the young minds of those that were under her tutelage.

After the transition of Bishop J. Wayne Leggett, Lady Leggett was appointed as the lead servant of Bethany Temple Church of God In Christ and recently appointed as the District Missionary of the Moultrie District. She is surely Anointed, Appointed, and Approved by God for such a time as this.
